AVOIDING BACK PAIN & NECK PAIN WHILST WORKING AT A COMPUTER

a. Take regular breaks.
b. Prevent your back & neck from stiffening. 
c. Sit in a good adjustable chair that provides lumbar support. 
d. Your feet should be on a floor or a footrest. 
e. Your desk should be large enough to allow your forearms to rest on it when using the keyboard.
f. Be certain that your keyboard and monitor are at comfortable heights.
g. Avoid glare from the screen.
